Shops Melbourne Pty. Ltd. (www.shopsmelbourne.com.au) are committed to providing you with the best and latest discounted online producs. We understand that the orders you request are very important and should be delivered just as you wish.

However, there may be occasions where you have concerns that you want to have resolved. In these instances please contact us directly as soon as possible to discuss your concerns.

We ship with Australia Post, and usual time for delivery is from 1-2 business days within Melbourne and Victoria, and 3-5 business days within Australia.

However, this is fully dependent on Australia Post’s services, and from time to time the delivery time may be a bit longer.

If the product is not received within 7 business days, do not panic, please contact us and we will chase things up with Australia Post.

We only ship within Australia, so if an International Order is made, it will be refunded.

Order Cancellations

If for any reason an order needs to be cancelled, please contact us as soon as possible.

Cancellations are subject to the following conditions:

  • Orders which have left with our couriers cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders which have been ordered in from our suppliers cannot be cancelled.
  • Orders which have not yet been sent may be cancelled. A $15 cancellation and processing fee applies.

Refunds & Returns

Should your goods be faulty or damaged upon receipt, Shops Melbourne will offer a full refund or exchange.

Please note:

  • Products cannot be returned for a change of mind refund/exchange.
  • Products may differ from those pictured on the website due to natural variations in colour/finish and scale of the image.

To arrange a refund or exchange by sending the goods back to Shops Melbourne Pty. Ltd., please email our web sales team on orders@shopsmelbourne.com.au.

You will need to cover the cost of the freight, and include your original receipt or website order confirmation email with your returned items. All goods must be returned in original packaging and resalable condition.

Shipped returns may take up to 14 days to process, and notification will be by email.
